the staff was friendly and cute. my room was cleaned every day, a great service. i also used the laundry service, and the return was quick. (i really appreciated that!)
navigating inside the building was challenging at first. the reception is on the second floor, not the first floor. i am more familiar with receptions on the first floor.

i found the breakfast amazing. the choices available were many, a real treat. the location worked well for me with tesco and mcdonald's nearby. staff were kind and cute, i felt cared for.
the road outside was a bit noisy at times. it slightly disturbed my sleep, but that was a minor thing.
