solid stay
pancake machinemodern areadisappointing view
the hotel was very clean. the breakfast included various options, i noticed a pancake machine that dispensed two small pancakes. the dining area was modern.
i asked for a room with a city view on a high floor, but i received a yard view on the second floor. the hotel might have been very busy, but this was disappointing. the scrambled eggs were mushy and inconsistent.

the staff was friendly and helpful. reception staff were helpful and efficient. check-in was quick and easy, and they stored my luggage before check-in. i felt safe leaving my belongings.

the rooms are clean. the bathroom was compact. convenient plug sockets were available and plentiful for charging my devices. the tv had english channels and the room was quiet for rest.

I found the location excellent. The metro, tram, and bus stations are very close. The room was clean, and towels were changed daily. The area felt full of services.
I did not like that there was no refrigerator in the room. Storing products, especially for small children, becomes difficult. The room was a bit too small considering i was travelling with family.

The room featured a spacious layout. I found the reception area quite appealing, upgraded with the presence of a nice bar.
I experienced some issues with noise from outside. This disrupted the otherwise quiet setting within the room. The provided breakfast did not fully meet expectations.
