dirty cupsbroken chair
The room was not clean. I noticed dirt in all the cups when i wanted coffee. the bed had a lot of hair on it, as if someone had slept there. many furniture items had defects, like a broken chair that was just like it could collapse.

dead bugsworn sheets
the room could have been cleaner. i found some dead bugs on the floors. there was also dust and leftover food in the kitchen (i requested it to be cleaned by a staff member). the bed sheets seemed old and worn too.

The apartment was modern and had everything I needed for my stay.
The TV had no programs. Cable and satellite were not available. I had to install apps and enter a password, but it never worked due to the poor WiFi quality. There wasn't even a complimentary bottle of water.

poor wifino tv programs
The television had no programs available. there was no cable or satellite tv available. the wifi connection was not reliable. i had to go downstairs to contact the reception desk. There was no other way to communicate from the room.
