the staff were very helpful and friendly. the choice of food was good. i found the room comfortable. the swim up pool and patio area were amazing. but the pool was very crowded!
our bathroom leaked after every shower use. the floor would get dangerously wet. i noticed few places to hang towels, especially wet towels. there was no safe storage for suitcases upon check out. it was just left in reception.
