clean room easy access
the superior queen room 1 queen bed was very clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the location was close to public transportation. it allowed easy access to different parts of the area.
the selection for muslims was very limited at breakfast.

good location convenient store clean room crowded elevator unclear amenities basic minibar
the location had good access to transportation. the bus station was very close. it was a short walk to the mrt station. a convenience store was nearby. the room was clean. it was big enough for suitcases.
the superior rooms seemed identical to the beautiful rooms. the only difference was the floor they were on. the elevator was frequently crowded. amenities were not clearly marked. the minibar felt basic.

breakfast buffet wide variety mrt station convenient location newly renovated room older hotel busy area hallway noise
the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. the location is near mrt stations! the rooms were newly renovated and felt more spacious, which i liked. there is also a 7-eleven nearby for quick needs.
the hotel seemed a bit older. i found the area quite busy with students. noise in the hallway was present at night.

convenient stay
clean room helpful staff
the room was clean. the staff was very helpful in lending me an adapter since i forgot to bring mine. i appreciated that they allowed me to leave my baggage after checkout until i departed for the airport.
the noise from the lifts was very noticeable, even though my room was a few doors away. it was quite disruptive both during the day and at night.

the hotel's location is convenient, as it's close to several attractions and various food options. a seven-eleven store is conveniently located right next door. this provides easy access to essential items and snacks .
