asian cuisine quiet room helpful staff
The breakfast offered a choice of asian or american cuisine. the room i stayed in, a classic king room, was quiet. the hotel staff were all very helpful and polite. We loved this.
The coffee from the lobby lounge was quite expensive. We paid $17. but the location was amazing!

I particularly recall the warm greetings from the doormen. my classic king room was very clean and provided a haven of tranquility. i enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort the room afforded.

the location allows easy access to Bugis Junction for food and transport options. housekeeping is really good with super clean rooms.

The location was good with a mall attached to the hotel. It was convenient.
My room was not properly cleaned. I found hairs in the bathroom and the sink had toothpaste stains. it was really gross. I think they need better housekeeping.

Excellent Hospitality and Service
seamless service central location
The lounge experience was amazing. The team delivered seamless service throughout the day. Special thanks go to Harry, Sean, Richwan, Larry, Anna, Kenny, Walkit, and HockKim for their warm greetings. Their teamwork. The central location near Bugis MRT made exploration easy. The room was spacious and super clean.
I stayed at the hotel during a wedding. The food at the wedding banquet was substandard. I found too many fried foods and smoked meats. the noodles were too salty and dry.

The buffet had many dishes with quality ingredients. The restaurant service was personal and friendly. I especially thank Madam Wee, our server, for making my evening enjoyable. I loved the atmosphere.

The hotel is in a lively area. It is close to the MRT. This central positioning allows easy access to multiple attractions. Public transportation is readily accessible from the hotel.

The pool area could be used from morning until evening. It was like a resort in the city. I also appreciated the attentive housekeeping and the wonderful service in the Club Lounge. The hotel offered a gym.
