amazing stay!
spacious room friendly staff nearby mall
i just stayed here and everything was great. the room, a grand beautiful waterfront king newly renovated room, was so spacious. the staff was really helpful and friendly! i was able to easily walk to the nearby mall, a big plus.
the elevators were kinda slow sometimes. it was like i waited a little longer than expected a few times.

the hotel boast a modern gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is a large outdoor pool with twenty loungers and a shaded section. the hotel also offers complimentary wifi throughout the premises for all guests.

The location proved ideal with convenient access to nearby amenities. the hotel restaurant provided delicious food. I enjoyed several meals there. the rooms were spacious and clean . customer service representatives were helpful answering questions i had about local attractions.
I noticed slightly overpriced pool snacks and drinks. I opted for alternatives.

The location by the river was fantastic. I enjoyed morning walks along the waterfront. The breakfast offered a wide selection, I especially liked the fresh fruit. The staff I encountered were polite.
The wait times for the elevators were sometimes long. This was due to ongoing maintenance.

difficult check-in thin cushion
the gym equipment seemed adequate.
The check-in process was not smooth. It took a very long time despite completing the online registration beforehand. i had requested a triple room for myself and my family. however, we received linen to put on a sofa. it was never intended to be used as a bed.

the concierge staff were polite and helpful.
Check-in was unfriendly. I was told i was already upgraded. there was also a glowing screen by the bed, which i couldn't unplug or risk a $1,000 fine. It was an awful device.
