The check-in process was not smooth. It took a very long time despite completing the online registration beforehand. i had requested a triple room for myself and my family. however, we received linen to put on a sofa. it was never intended to be used as a bed.

Check-in was unfriendly. I was told i was already upgraded. there was also a glowing screen by the bed, which i couldn't unplug or risk a $1,000 fine. It was an awful device.

i found the staff in the executive lounge to be very attentive. michelle and nursha especially were very nice. the breakfast had many options.

the check-in process was not excellent. i had already checked in online and uploaded my passport information. i still had to show them again. the chair at the desk had a stain.
