This hotel has a very good location. The main attractions are very close. The breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty food. I found the service at the reception to be friendly.
My room was small with thin walls. Minimal comfort was provided. I noticed no tea facility in the room.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating . The room was very clean. Daily cleaning ensured it remained that way (cleaning ladies did an excellent job!). Its location is convenient, near museums and attractions like the Prado and Retiro Park. The area is quiet, providing peace inside the hotel.
The room lacked tea facilities, though a paid machine was available in reception.

The room was clean and well kept. A comfortable bed also helped ensure a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Daily cleaning kept the space fresh.
