the reception staff spoke english well. the rooms was clean and i found a great choice at breakfast. its a good location and i could easily reach many places from the hotel.
i requested a window facing the street, but this request was not honoured. my window faced a narrow courtyard, and the room was quite dark. the toiletries was just a 3-in-1 bottle.

the reception staff was courteous i found this helpful. breakfast was amazing with various options for all tastes. every day fresh towels were provided which was very convenient. i found the location very nice too.
the hotel does not have a gym which was a slight disappointment to me

the standard double room was super clean and cozy it had everything i needed for a short stay the room also offered super quiet at night time, which helped a lot with my sleep. the bed was a good size and firmness.

the hotel location is very accessible to public transport i noticed. there is a tram stop just opposite the hotel. this tram goes directly to main attractions in the city which makes getting around very easy.

the hotel included a great breakfast in the room price i saw. there was complementary tea and coffee available in a lobby area. parking was available, though i didn't use it at the hotel.

A Heartfelt Stay!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included many breads, butter, and jams. There was also salami, and fruit. The fruit changed daily. Scrambled eggs and sausages also varied daily. There were warm courses like pasta and rice pudding.
The air conditioning was quite loud. It did not work properly. There were also some bugs on the wall and ceiling. I noticed no fridge.

The major transportation hub right in front made exploring the city simple. Access to public transport was unparalleled. It made visiting popular attractions or navigating different parts of the city very easy.
