i found the reception staff helpful and friendly. they offered us local recommendations. we received an upgrade to a better room, it. the value for money was excellent, especially for the comfort and service.
the room was not fully ready at the check-in time! we had to wait a short while.

worn furniturepoor cleanliness
during my visit, i found the cleaning was not as thorough as expected. i spotted dust in corners. the furniture looked quite worn, particularly in the bathroom and i found this disappointing. the bed linen had holes.
