The friendly staff created a GREAT experience. the parking was secure and conveniently located. I also appreciated the bar area and the restaurant. I found both to be cute and well-kept. the hotel's location near the motorway suited my travel needs.
i noticed the hotel is in an industrial SITE, it took away from the overall ambiance. i hope management considers improvements to enhance the aesthetic appeal. such enhancements would definitely elevate guest experience.

The standard room i stayed in had comfortable beds and plenty of space. everything was CLEAN and tidy. This added to my relaxation. the family room included two connecting rooms which is suitable for larger groups.

the staff were REALLY friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. they were multilingual, which allowed them to help diverse guests. i appreciate their attentiveness and efficiency .

breakfast had a VARIETY of options including both sweet and savory choices. everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. the restaurant offered tasty dishes with good value which added convenience to my evenings.

The pool was filthy, and I did not think it met the standards. The tables near breakfast were also dirty, so I didn't feel like eating there.
