The breakfast included a good variety, and the staff were kind. The family room was quite spacious. The location provided easy access to the port. A shopping center connected to the hotel offered convenient access to shops.
The desk stool was not the most comfortable for prolonged use.

the air conditioning didn't work, resulting in a very hot room throughout the night. the front desk staff acknowledged this issue, indicating they knew about it, but nothing was done (which was really frustrating). i was also annoyed there was no fridge in the room.

the hotel's central location near the harbor and restaurants was very convenient. i appreciated the easy access to the public parking garage below with the hotel offering special rates. i found it very helpful that water was freely available and tea could be made in the lobby. my room was very clean and spacious which i appreciated.
My room did not include a refrigerator. This would have been very convenient.
