The breakfast was well worth the money. Restaurant food had good quality. The staff were helpful at all times, reception staff were really good and made our holiday. The surroundings were serene.
The windows let all outside noise into the room. The noise of scraping furniture every morning from the cleaners were annoying.

The location is very convenient, just a block from the main strip. There is a pool and a well-equipped gym. The room looked recently renovated, and customer service was particularly excellent (especially Ivan at reception!). I appreciated that the hotel is within a ten-minute walk to Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza.
The noise from outside penetrated the room, particularly the scraping of furniture by cleaners in the mornings. This was quite disruptive.

The hotel restaurant offers a good selection of meals and drinks. The bar remains open daily until approximately 8 PM, offering convenient options for refreshments. The service provided at the dining areas was very attentive.

The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered helpful tips and suggestions for clubbing and other activities on the island. I found the receptionists to be helpful and attentive (a real highlight of my visit).

The apartment was very clean, and the cleaning staff came daily. It was never difficult to find a sunbed by the pool during the day. The music around the pool added to a good ambiance.

The location was quite convenient. It was close to clubs and restaurants. The staff was helpful in providing directions and suggestions. I also liked the free filtered water station available (I used it every day!).
The windows did not block outside noise well. I could hear furniture scraping early each morning due to cleaners. Our room floor was not cleaned . I did not appreciate that.
