poor privacysteep hill
The bathroom design was quite odd. The toilet had only a sliding glass door, it did not fully close. this offered little privacy. also, the walk from the city center back to the hotel involved a steep hill. it proved tiring after a day of exploring, especially with luggage. the breakfast service also disappointed. the options seemed limited, and the quality was not what i expected.

I was offered a room upgrade prior to arrival, and I appreciated this opportunity. The room was very clean. The hotel had parking included, convenient because the other main downtown hotel lacked this.
The insulation in the room was not very effective. I could hear neighbors and people in the corridors. I was disappointed that the staff at the restaurant were unhelpful with a simple request.
