the location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel looked new and clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.
the breakfast offered no milk for cereal, i also found no hot water for tea. the bed linen was not changed during my five-night stay. i experienced no hot water for a couple of days too.

I must say the breakfast was lacking (it was like a chore). There was no variety and the quality of the food was not great. The room I booked was supposed to be a suite, but it was quite small and definitely not what I expected. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. You know, it is hard to sleep WELL.

my room was clean. i found the beds super comfortable and enjoyed restful sleep. the bakery nearby offered tasty treats (i loved the baklava!). the taxi stand close by made getting around convenient.
the uphill walk to some attractions can be quite steep.

the location are great. many restaurant and shops be in the area. the hotel it is a short walk to main attractions such as hagia sofia, basilica cistern, blue mosque, grand bazaar etc. staff was friendly and go above and beyond with any requests.
the air conditioning be broken and i woke up at 3am sweating. i had to go down to the front desk and ask someone to come up to my room to try to fix it. after a while of unsuccessful attempts, i be relocated to a different room where i be only able to sleep for about three hours.
