I experienced excellent service. The staff were helpful. breakfast was a great buffet. the location was superb. Major attractions were nearby. i had a quiet room, a specific request, so i slept soundly. Open windows were possible.

the hotel is just a five-minute walk from hagia sophia. a tram stop provides easy access to other parts of the city! there are restaurants nearby.

The location was convenient. Major attractions were very close. The staff seemed kind and helpful. The hotel appears recently renovated.
The room cleanliness needs some improvement. I found lipstick on the glasses. The slippers was open and stained. I think they might have been used already.

the breakfast options were limited and the food quality seemed low. the artificial juice was not great, and some pastries tasted stale. i also had to ask for towels and toilet paper a couple of times, inconvenient (it was a bit annoying). the room i had was quite small and noisy at night due to the street outside.
