great experience at a historical gem

the staff were pretty good. the hotel boasts a fine entrance, complete with a beautiful bar area that featured live entertainment. the breakfast restaurant had many options. all staff were very pleasant.
the lifts are a bit confusing because of the building's historical layout.

great location friendly staff comfortable bed
i found the hotel to be in a great location for visiting local attractions. the staff was helpful and very friendly throughout my stay. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, though parking was a bit of a walk.
the hotel charged extra for some amenities that i expected to be included? this added unexpected costs to my bill.

fantastic visit

convenient location helpful staff easy walks efficient service
the location is superb for city explorations staff were helpful when i asked for directions the hotel is near many good places to eat too i easily walked along the river. the front desk was friendly and efficiently stored my luggage. i appreciated the convenient service and felt welcomed i would return happily. breakfast had great options too
the key cards failed right before checkout causing a small delay i needed to visit the reception for a new card

the location is excellent, right in the city center. It's REALLY convenient to walk to pubs, restaurants, and shops. I appreciated the hotel's history too.
