IMMACULATE stay at a lovely location
really good servicedelicious foodspacious room
the restaurant offered really good service and very delicious food. My room was very spacious and had a modern bathroom with all necessary amenities. The hotel has a great location right on the seafront I loved it.

My stay started well, but it ended with some issues. I found the service at the Blackrock Bar quite slow. The staff looked more interested in socializing than attending to customers. It took a long time for someone to clear our table and take our dessert order (my partner even had time to get a sweater from our room and come back before our plates were cleared).

the location near the boardwalk was great. the room was very clean. breakfast had very tasty food.
the bar restaurant did not give us good service. service seemed slow and our waiter kept changing. the beds did not feel comfortable and there were no washcloths.

The room was very very comfy and tidy. i liked the swimming pool and gym. They were clean and well equipped. staff were friendly, and i reminded me of they couldn't do enough to help.
the hotel bar food was excellent but it was also pricey.
