really good experience, i will come back
warm greeting swift check-in prompt delivery prompt taxi
the reception staff greeted me warmly. my room had everything i needed, including requested robes and ice delivered promptly. the availability of a mini-fridge allowed me to keep my beverages cool for my travels. the taxi button ensured a very prompt taxi service to town.
The locker room facilities could benefit from an upgrade. They seemed a bit worn.

The leisure center includes a super clean pool, a steam room, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. the gym features several treadmills and stationary bikes. i observed staff maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. All were dedicated. the overall standard was very high.

amazing location delicious food
The location was amazing right on the beach. i was upgraded to a beautiful seaview king. It was perfect. the room service was prompt and the food was delicious.

really good service delicious food spacious room
the restaurant offered really good service and very delicious food. My room was very spacious and had a modern bathroom with all necessary amenities. The hotel has a great location right on the seafront I loved it.

slow service dessert order
My stay started well, but it ended with some issues. I found the service at the Blackrock Bar quite slow. The staff looked more interested in socializing than attending to customers. It took a long time for someone to clear our table and take our dessert order (my partner even had time to get a sweater from our room and come back before our plates were cleared).

the location near the boardwalk was great. the room was very clean. breakfast had very tasty food.
the bar restaurant did not give us good service. service seemed slow and our waiter kept changing. the beds did not feel comfortable and there were no washcloths.

fantastic stay
clean room friendly staff
The room was very very comfy and tidy. i liked the swimming pool and gym. They were clean and well equipped. staff were friendly, and i reminded me of they couldn't do enough to help.
the hotel bar food was excellent but it was also pricey.
