i thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary prosecco upon arrival! the sea view from my terrace was fine. the bathroom was fabulously clean. i found the staff to be really friendly and accommodating.
The gym was small. Only one treadmill, a cross-trainer and exercise bike were available.

the spa offered a peat bath, and it was amazing. the cliff walk was beautiful, and it was right beside the location.

breakfast included delicious brown bread, and it was beyond delicious. the food in the bar restaurant was excellent. there was a seven course tasting menu that was really good, so i even had dessert.

the room had a terrace that looked out onto the sea, and it was so nice. the rooms and decor were excellent. breakfast felt relaxing and tasty. it was a wonderful experience.

ava in the restaurant was attentive. she helped our party of six. jacob the porter was polite. he was also helpful. the breakfast had delicious brown bread.
the spa needs improvement. the steam room had water on the floor. the sauna was too tepid. the pool was freezing. the spa opening hours are ridiculous. they close too early.

i really liked the reception on the fifth floor, staff is very friendly. the room had a balcony and beautiful views. the breakfasts were fabulous, and they had gluten free options. the fridge was stocked too.
the lift was challenging, but i think i would have got used to it if i had stayed longer.

the room included complimentary dressing gowns. slippers. the balcony offered a panoramic view of the sea. two separate sinks were in the bathroom and a rainfall shower was great.
