The a la carte restaurants were hard to book. It was almost impossible to get a reservation. the staff seemed poorly trained. the check-in took around two hours. every morning a cleaning lady shouted by the doors around the same time. This woke us, and we wanted long mornings with good sleep. that didn't happen

The staff was very helpful, especially at the premium buffet where Donelia greeted me each morning. I was delighted by her friendly service. The room was clean. The buffet food was quite good with excellent presentation. The bell hops offered friendly and helpful service.

The grounds were pretty. I liked the pools a lot. There were many of them. The location was fine. There were a lot of pools, bars, and restaurants to see.
The food was not good, I thought. The cleanliness in the restaurants could improve a lot. The staff was sometimes cold. I had to ask for something two or three times.
