mixed feelings about this place
small room poor soundproofing
the staff seemed helpful enough, i guess.
the room felt smaller than advertised. i also noticed that the soundproofing was subpar. street noise kept me awake most nights, and it seemed like the garbage trucks arrived promptly at 5 a.m. every morning.

the staff proved to be helpful and friendly. the room was very clean upon arrival. i also appreciated that breakfast was included each morning of my stay.
The surrounding area was quite noisy at night. Sleep was difficult. my room lacked a chair. the room was small, and i felt cramped.

friendly staff perfect rooms free snacks
The staff was SO friendly and cute.!! The rooms were perfect with a FANTASTIC view. Breakfast was also great. The buffet included a free dish and drink!!! Snacks from the mini bar were also FREE, super rare to find!!!

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of bread, toppings, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. Guests can select a hot item from the menu, such as Eggs Royal, included in the breakfast. All drinks are also included.

The Double Room City View included comfortable beds. complimentary coffee and water. A welcome bonus was the inclusion of rosé, a lovely touch. The air conditioning worked effectively, and the cleanliness of the room was perfect.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. They assisted with dinner reservations. They offered complimentary welcome drinks, showing great hospitality. I was impressed with the attentiveness and willingness of the team.

The hotel is near many tourist attractions and also the metro station. The Time Out Market is just a couple of blocks away, super convenient. A tram line that efficiently ascends the hills is located across from the entrance.

scandinavian design useful amenity daily water nice fragrance
the room had scandinavian design and felt roomy. the refrigerator was a useful amenity. i appreciated the water bottles provided daily. the liquid soap had a nice fragrance.
the location can be noisy due to nearby bars and general street activity late at night disrupting sleep.

the hotel is conveniently located across the street from a funicular. underground parking is available near the time out market. pulling up in front to unload luggage was easy.

quick staff good size plenty storage double bed shower drainage no walking access
the staff responded quickly. the hotel had a good size. i found nice rooms with plenty of storage.
the double bed blocked the entire room. i had no walking access to the other side of the bed. the shower did not drain properly.
