consistent quality and service
good size glass blinds hotel layout
I appreciated the room size. It felt quite spacious. i was also happy with the glass and blinds that offered privacy for the bathroom. the hotel's layout was well-designed and contributed to a smooth experience.
i found that a kettle was missing in the room.

solid choice, some minor issues
friendly staff central location separate area
i appreciate the friendly staff. the location was great, central but not in the main tourist areas. the room was spacious and it had separate lounging area, this worked well.
the room felt a little low end. i think it should improve, especially considering the hotel have five stars. the elevators was slow with just two.

the hotel has a gym with three treadmills. it includes two stationary bikes for fitness. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section. a spa offers various treatments.

each room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the standard double room has a mini-fridge, it is stocked daily with water. air conditioning is centrally controlled, you can adjust it.

housekeeping services are provided daily and very thorough. staff at the front desk was helpful with directions. room service is available 24 hours, its providing meals.

average experience with some issues
subpar air conditioning disorganized breakfast
the air conditioning was subpar. it struggled to cool the room effectively, a serious issue since i visited during a warm period, this should not happen in a 5-star hotel. the breakfast service was also disorganized. securing a table proved difficult each morning, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and somewhat discourteous, it made for a stressful start to the day.

a LUXURIOUS stay
breakfast buffet metro station underground parking
the BREAKFAST buffet amazed me , with its many choices. the hotel's proximity to the metro station aided in swift travel around the area. underground parking also existed , with vehicle security. I felt relaxed.
