wonderful family stay!
pool access affordable food clean hotel
The family room had a backdoor that gave immediate access to the main pool. This was excellent for our kids. the food we ordered tasted great and it was very affordable. i really appreciated how clean the place was and how nice the staff acted. we felt very welcome!

Our room was large and bright with a lot of space. The beds felt very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the room included a minibar stocked daily, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. i loved the balcony too.

breakfast had many options, including thai dishes, eggs, and fresh fruit. an excellent coffee maker. the rooftop bar served delicious cocktails with happy hour specials. the restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating options for lunch and dinner.

The main pool had a bar. it also offered a shallow area suitable for children. the rooftop pool provided views. a free shuttle took guests to the beach regularly. This was very convenient.

Just ok. Needs some attention
untrained staff limited options
the spacious bed was comfortable.
The staff seemed undertrained. I had to request basic toiletries multiple times. the pool's water looked cloudy on several days. It made me question the cleanliness. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. I felt disappointed with the limited options after the first morning.

excellent hotel stay
spacious room comfortable chairs free shuttle
the room was spacious and clean! the balcony had comfortable chairs. the rooftop pool provided beautiful sunset views. i appreciated the free shuttle to the main town. the staff promptly organized a floating breakfast. the hotel had modern features.
The hotel signs everywhere listed potential fines for damages. I felt a bit unwelcome.
