The staff was nice and helpful! we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. our room was one of the most comfortable rooms i have ever been in. i liked the bed. It was huge with good quality pillows.
the pool cushions had some dirty and stained spots.

The breakfast buffet offered something for every taste. It included thai and other eastern dishes. it also had western breakfasts and european flavors. fruits were available too. the breakfast was different every day.

our modern room felt spacious. the hotel provided complimentary water service and access to reasonably priced beverages in the mini fridge. we appreciated the daily provision of clean beach towels and housekeeping delivered anything we needed within minutes

The pool was quite nice. The swim-up bar was a definite plus.
The air conditioning barely worked. IT WAS so loud that it made sleeping difficult. The towels also had stains and didn't seem very clean. The room in general just felt a bit dated and not as luxurious as I hoped.

easy accessfriendly staffthai food
I liked being close to the east pier. Boat trips were simple. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i ate lunch and dinner here and the food tasted good, i think.
