repetitive breakfast slow room service
I found the breakfast quite underwhelming. It was the same every day, like a broken record. the coffee tasted suspiciously like instant granules, and the fruit selection seemed to consist mainly of overripe bananas. the room service was equally disappointing. My order took over an hour to arrive (i almost forgot i ordered!), and when it finally did, it was lukewarm and missing a crucial ingredient.

charming stay amidst nature
room decoration lush greenery hill view
I was charmed by the room decoration for my honeymoon, such a nice touch. the resort reminded me of a haven surrounded by lush greenery. i particularly appreciated the hill view from my room. a very tasty restaurant was directly opposite the hotel. We ended up eating there for almost every meal!
The room mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. That's all. I am very happy with my stay here.

My bungalow had a fan and a comfortable bed. The room size was ample for two people. there was a small table and chairs inside, useful for enjoying a drink or snack. the bathroom included basic toiletries like soap and shampoo.

the hotel provides an hourly shuttle to the beach until 9 pm, very convenient. the staff arranged a charming room decoration for our honeymoon. staff were helpful with directions. the hotel grounds were well-kept.

The hotel is a bit away from the main road, so it is very quiet. Still it's close enough to be convenient. the hotel offers complimentary transfers to the beach, it takes only few minutes. there is a good restaurant just opposite the hotel entrance.

breakfast included a variety of both sweet and savory choices, a nice spread. the hotel restaurant is open until 3 pm, a nice option for lunch at a reasonable price. i enjoyed the quality food that they offer. the coffee was strong!

hard bed non-existent wi-fi
the scheduled transfer to the beach met my basic needs for transportation.
The bed was uncomfortably hard. the blanket felt old and worn. wi-fi was practically nonexistent. I could not get a stable connection at all.

free shuttle lush greenery
the free beach shuttle was really useful it runs hourly. i enjoyed the lush greenery surrounding the hotel IT was very well maintained every day.

some issues
old stains thin walls
The room was not satisfactory. the bed sheets had what looked to be old blood stains. the smell from the bathroom drain was almost unbearable. I had to keep the door closed at all times!!! the walls seemed thin. i could hear other guests as if they were in my room.

customer service repetitive breakfast
the room with direct pool access was acceptable.
The staff, they certainly knew how to test my patience. I think they needed a serious lesson in customer service or maybe just a reason to smile. the dated room showed its age. The decor was like a time capsule and screamed for a revamp. also, the breakfast buffet was uninspired and repetitive, leaving me wanting more variety.

large mirror comfortable bed
The bathroom included a large mirror! it also featured two very nice showers and a space to sit, should you wish. the bed felt comfortable. I rested well.
The breakfast options seemed a bit limited. More variety would be lovely.
