the free beach shuttle was really useful it runs hourly. i enjoyed the lush greenery surrounding the hotel IT was very well maintained every day.

some issues
old stainsthin walls
The room was not satisfactory. the bed sheets had what was to be old blood stains. the smell from the bathroom drain was almost unbearable. I had to keep the door closed at all times!!! the walls seemed thin. i could hear other guests as if they were in my room.

the room with direct pool access was acceptable.
The staff, they certainly knew how to test my patience. I think they needed a serious lesson in customer service or maybe just a reason to smile. the dated room showed its age. The decor was like a time capsule and screamed for a revamp. also, the breakfast buffet was uninspired and repetitive, leaving me wanting more variety.

The bathroom included a large mirror! it also featured two very nice showers and a space to sit, should you wish. the bed felt comfortable. I rested well.
The breakfast options seemed a bit limited. More variety would be lovely.
