the hotel were very new and clean. the room was a good size. the general manager, dusan, gave good restaurant recommendations. the staff provided help. the rooftop pool were amazing. the breakfast were great. i enjoyed my stay.
the in-room tv had adult content. it should be addressed.

the staff were friendly and cute. they took us to our room and explained everything. the reception staff were lovely, helping with luggage and taxis. the staff helped set up a transfer to the airport.

The rooftop pool was FANTASTIC!!! The gym facilities were very clean. I found the hotel's location was great for walking into town. I appreciated the friendly staff. They helped set up a transfer for me to the airport early in the morning. It was VERY helpful.
I was slightly surprised to see the in-room TV had adult content without restrictions. My young son unfortunately discovered it.

inappropriate contentpoor service
the television had no parental controls. my child accessed adult content. this is unacceptable. also, i requested an additional blanket, but the staff only provided a duvet cover and insert. i was then expected to assemble it myself. this level of service is subpar.
