solid stay, some minor hiccups
local attractions daily room service rooftop sunbeds easy relaxation
I found the staff helpful with local attractions. recommendations were indeed useful. the room was cleaned daily, fresh towels looked like magic. the rooftop pool had good sunbeds. This made relaxing easy.
the gym has limited equipments, but I still managed a good workout.

The hotel is near the city center. This meant easy access. it is about a ten-minute walk to reach the closest beach. several shops and eateries are within a convenient walking distance of the hotel.

staff provided water upon arrival which I did appreciate. the front desk gave good advice on local spots. when I had questions, staff responded quickly, and I consider that a good plus.
Facilities

the hotel has two elevators which is good for accessibility. the rooftop pool includes umbrellas for shade. air conditioning worked well in both the room and common areas, and it kept things comfortable.

the hotel were very new and clean. the room was a good size. the general manager, dusan, gave good restaurant recommendations. the staff provided help. the rooftop pool were amazing. the breakfast were great. i enjoyed my stay.
the in-room tv had adult content. it should be addressed.

the staff were friendly and cute. they took us to our room and explained everything. the reception staff were lovely, helping with luggage and taxis. the staff helped set up a transfer to the airport.

rooftop pool clean facilities great location friendly staff
The rooftop pool was FANTASTIC!!! The gym facilities were very clean. I found the hotel's location was great for walking into town. I appreciated the friendly staff. They helped set up a transfer for me to the airport early in the morning. It was VERY helpful.
I was slightly surprised to see the in-room TV had adult content without restrictions. My young son unfortunately discovered it.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
inappropriate content poor service
the television had no parental controls. my child accessed adult content. this is unacceptable. also, i requested an additional blanket, but the staff only provided a duvet cover and insert. i was then expected to assemble it myself. this level of service is subpar.
