rainfall shower extensive breakfast rooftop views
the room was spacious it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. breakfast had many options service was attentive. the rooftop bar provided great views with tasty food and drinks.
the gym had limited equipment with only a few treadmills.

the locale possess beautiful decoration and the rooms are satisfactory.
the air conditioning did not work for warm air, so the room was cold. i requested a radiator from reception, it was brought to the room broken. my calls to reception were not answered, and i did not receive a call back.

sleek design building cleanliness convenient location
The rooms were nice. They had a modern, sleek design. the cleanliness of the entire building, inside and out, impressed me quite a bit. i also appreciated the very convenient location. Nice restaurants and cafés were within walking distance.
showers had inconsistent temperatures. it fluctuated between hot and lukewarm or even cold. i contacted the front desk. but the maintenance person who came to fix it spoke no english was nice.

The staff was very helpful, providing advice and assistance throughout my stay. cinthia provided excellent recommendations for food. I normally would not have tried those options. even when i made difficult requests, she handled everything with patience and attentiveness.

fluffy towels local dishes
i got a room it had a king bed and the bedding looked seriously comfy i saw so many fluffy towels i could barely count them all. breakfast had everything i could want plus amed explained some local dishes to me
i had a little trouble with the showers the temperature jumped from hot to lukewarm it wasn't the best start to my stay

Excellent Hotel Experience
spacious room modern design rooftop bar
My family enjoyed the spacious room. The rooftop bar offers a great view and a relaxing atmosphere. I liked the modern design throughout the hotel. The gym included updated equipment that I used daily, it included three treadmills.
The elevators had a slight delay during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet included various local fruits and juices. The ground floor bar restaurant was calm and provided a good selection of dishes. I saw several families enjoy their meals there.

The hotel sits near multiple restaurants and shops. It is a short walk to the Malecon along the ocean. I found it easy to reach attractions in Miraflores and San Isidro, I walked almost everywhere.

My room was sizable and very clean upon arrival. The room included fast and reliable WiFi, which I used for streaming movies. I also had several amenities in my room, like extra towels and toiletries.

The staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs. I was greeted with a welcome drink and snacks upon arrival. The hotel was managed well, staff was always available to assist with any questions.
