The hotel location was very easy to access from transport links.
I requested a double room, but I received a twin room (not a great start). The staff was unhelpful. I had to go to reception to get pillows, a duvet, towels, a kettle, and tea bags. The cleaner took the cups every day, so I started hiding them.

Convenient Central Location

The location is SUPER central! It is next to the train station and shopping area. Staff left a chocolate santa outside every room for the following morning. This was a nice touch. I found this to be a great and unexpected gesture during the christmas markets.
The onsite parking was EXPENSIVE. It added an unexpected cost to my overall stay. I had to consider alternative parking options.

The hotel is next to the main train station making travel simple. A chocolate santa was outside my room one morning. A small, wonderful touch. The location made getting around quite easy..
The air conditioning did not work well. It was too warm in the room. I had trouble sleeping.

My room lacked sufficient soundproofing. Noise from outside disturbed my sleep. It was a clear inconvenience.
