quiet roomnew facilityconvenient kettlemissing transfer
the hotel's location is fantastic it is near the train station. i found it easy to use the public transport options nearby. my room was quiet and i noticed the facilities were new too. it also had water and a kettle plus tea and coffee so convenient i loved it!
i had an issue with the airport transfer. i accepted the service but the car never showed up. i emailed the hotel but received no response to resolve it.

the hotel offers easy access to transportation hubs. i had no trouble getting around because the train station is close. this also meant my travel to and from the airport was fast. everything was super easy.

The room included a well-sized fridge for storing drinks and snacks. The hotel is close to the main train station. This made transportation very easy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Dietary preferences were well-catered for. I found the underground garage secure. It provided peace of mind .
I found the front desk staff could have been more helpful on arrival. I asked for restaurant recommendations, and I felt the assistance was minimal. No offer was made to help us find transportation, disappointing.

The hotel sits right by the main train station and the metro. i found it very easy to travel around (used the metro daily). the room was clean and offered enough space for my luggage. i appreciated the desk. It worked well for catching up on emails.
the air conditioning did not seem very effective. the room felt a bit warm at night, even with it on.
