The hotel is near many tourist attractions. I found several restaurants on the same street. Lidl and Spar supermarkets are a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was excellent. I was happy with the nice room (the lamps were good). The bathroom had quality amenities.
I noticed there was no toothbrush or razor in the vanity kit, a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located near St stephen basilica (it is a short walk). The hotel is also close to a bus station. This allows easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I found this location very practical.

The staff was very kind and responsive. They answered all my questions quickly. They were helpful with directions and local information (which I appreciated!). I found the service to be efficient and polite.

The breakfast was acceptable with a decent selection of items (though I've had better).
The air conditioning was centrally controlled and did not allow for individual adjustments in the room. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working, so the room felt stuffy and humid after a shower. I think for a hotel of this supposed caliber, basic maintenance should be better.

The hotel has a very central location. I walked to many sights. The staff members were kind and attentive. The breakfast offered lots of delicious choices..
the air conditioner did not work properly. The temperature inside the room was high. I booked a room with one large bed and I received two single beds. This was a small problem though.

The location was great. It was very close to the Basilica and within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast was good. It had a large selection of items and was constantly being refreshed (especially the fruits!).
The air conditioning did not work as well as I expected. The room felt stuffy and the temperature was difficult to adjust. The staff could have been more cute. They did not always greet guests proactively.

The hotel is near Saint Stephen Basilica. It is a short walk. I found the breakfast very good. There were many options available.
The staff did not seem very skilled. They were not able to answer all my questions. My shower had water temperature problems. The water was hot, then cold.
