The hotel is located very close to the train station. It was a very short walk. the restaurant offers good options for breakfast. i found the staff to be very polite and helpful .

The coffee cups in the room showed signs of previous use. They could have been cleaner.

the hotel location is great. it is next to the train and bus station. also, it is right next to the city center. most importantly, the staff are wonderful and very nice. they are always ready to help you.

the beds and pillows were not comfortable, i think they could be better. some of the ingredients in the breakfast were not fresh.

The hotel is a short walk from the railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated VERY much.

It was not clear that the drinks in the fridge were included. I spent money on the expensive machine in the lobby, instead.

the location is excellent, situated in the city center near the train station. the staff was very helpful with directions and local tips. i had a great view from my room, i saw the city. i used the underground parking and it was useful.

the mattress was somewhat uncomfortable, i felt springs.

the breakfast had interesting pancake machine, i watched it cook. there were many options available, i ate a lot. the dining area looked clean, i saw staff clearing tables quickly.

the room was well insulated from outside sound, i didn't hear trains. it also had nice view, i looked out at the city. the room included kettle to boil water.

the staff helped me retrieve items i left in the room, i was very grateful. they assisted me pack up items, i appreciated it. the check-in was smooth, i waited few minutes.

the location was acceptable.

A bad smell of sewerage was in the bathroom! i mentioned it at reception multiple times, but nothing happened. they said they would follow up. They never did!!!
