the location was central. the bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning malfunctioned on the first day. i woke up at night and the air conditioning was off. the engineer did not know the newly installed system. That was not ideal.

the front desk service was super quick and efficient, and all my requests were met instantly. unbelievably, the breakfast staff remembered my coffee order on the second day, even amidst hundreds of guests!!! i loved exploring the luxury book prints in my upgraded room. i found the pillows super soft.

the design with glass and blind in the bathroom lacked sufficient privacy. i think some improvements could.
