friendly stafffine viewelegant flair
i appreciated the super friendly staff, especially robert and ema at the reception. i also really enjoyed the fine city views from my room on a high floor (it was so beautiful!). the elegant flair and the delicious breakfast definitely. i can't wait to return!

the hotel is centrally located, so it is very easy to reach many attractions. the old town is a short walk away. it is approximately ten minutes on foot, and this proximity made exploring simple and efficient.

My room on a high floor provided amazing city views. The room design was beautiful. the room also included a comfortable king-size bed (i slept so well!). plus, all clean and well kept.

the location is undeniably great , within easy reach of city attractions. i was thrilled with my spacious room on the 19th floor , it had a lovely balcony with city views. the restaurant in the sky lounge offered good value. the food was delicious and the staff were efficient.

the rooms feature nice decorations and dark brown wooden furniture. the belle époque style creates a cozy atmosphere. i had lovely city view from my balcony on the 14th floor.
the air conditioner control did not work properly. i noticed places in the room needed upkeep.

i saw the pool has ample loungers, so guests have space to relax. the metro station is conveniently right in front of the hotel.

the reception team was friendly and efficient. the staff was helpful when i asked for a late checkout, they accept it. they showed they care about their customers and provide a good experience.
