clean impressions working air conditioning friendly staff great massage
the hotel presented clean first impressions on my first visit. my room included working air conditioning, a fridge, and a tv. staff was always friendly. i had a great massage at the spa for a reasonable price.
the weekend was noisy, especially friday evening and sunday afternoon because relentless booming music was playing.

the room was great and included facilities which all worked fine. it was always cleaned very well. air conditioning was effective and the fridge kept my drinks cold.

the grounds are well maintained. i found the cleanliness very noticeable. there weren't too many critters. the pool area seemed nice and also well maintained, so it was a win.

The grounds are very well maintained. It's what i expected from a tropical escape.
i was very frustrated that the door staff sold us an overpriced tour to visit a castle (it seemed like a total rip-off). the breakfast options were not fresh either, and the food seemed to be repurposed often.

relaxing stay near the sea
beach coastline buffet setup friendly staff clean facilities
i found the location unbeatable, situated right on the coastline. the buffet setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was fantastic, with many choices (especially the breakfast pastries!). the staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. the facilities are kept very clean.
i noticed the balcony door was a little difficult to open.

the room had amenities, although basic, clean and functional. it included a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning (important for the climate!). the bathroom featured fresh towels daily and a good shower.
