The central location was convenient. It made accessing nearby attractions quite easy.
The breakfast buffet felt inadequate. The selection was surprisingly limited for a hotel of this supposed caliber (I've seen better at a roadside motel). To make matters worse, the room cleaning was inconsistent. I had to request fresh towels after they weren't replaced one day.

the rooftop bar provided acceptable views.
The front desk experience was far from stellar. A staff member with a korean accent was quite rude when i inquired about extending my stay in a suite. i felt completely dismissed and, honestly, it soured the whole experience. What a waste of time.

The location was quite central. I could easily walk to the harbor. The blackout shades in my King Room Darling Harbour View were effective. The air conditioning worked well.
The noise from the elevator was noticeable. I could hear it frequently from my room. The walls was dirty in places. The appliances seemed a bit old.
