the room was very well equipped with quality robes. slippers are available including a coffee machine and earl grey tea. the room had a walk in shower with decent pressure.
the room's air-conditioning was pretty loud.

the hotel location is very nice and gives me easy access to nearby places. also, the breakfast buffet had many choices and food quality was really good.
i think some furniture is old and need some changes.

superb park lane stay
park proximity great hospitality clean suite on-site hairdresser
this hotel is very close to green park and hyde park. the staff showed great hospitality, nothing seemed like too much trouble. our suite had a very clean and well kept space with nice amenities. a hairdresser on-site was a great addition for looking my best before dinner.
the air conditioning unit in my room made a bit noise. the rooms are a bit dated.

the staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. they are very attentive and helpful with any requests i made. the doormen greeted my wife in her native language, a very thoughtful touch.

my room had excellent lighting, it allowed custom settings in both the main space and bathroom. everything was spotlessly clean and felt very comfortable. the position of the shower control was excellent and very simple to operate.

the hotel provides easy access to a local car park and tube stations. it is well decorated and maintained to a very high standard. the ambience felt very calm and cute after a busy day exploring.
