this hotel is very close to green park and hyde park. the staff showed great hospitality, nothing seemed like too much trouble. our suite had a very clean and well kept space with nice amenities. a hairdresser on-site was a great addition for looking my best before dinner.

the air conditioning unit in my room made a bit noise. the rooms are a bit dated.

the staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. they are very attentive and helpful with any requests i made. the doormen greeted my wife in her native language, a very thoughtful touch.
