a sweet suite upgrade!
suite upgrade spacious sitting room efficient service
the hotel surprised us with a suite upgrade.. it featured a spacious sitting room. two bathrooms provided extra convenience. i also appreciated the prompt and efficient customer service, even during a busy holiday.
a wall emitted a loud squeaking noise during the day. it stopped at night.. this was distracting. also, the shower handle was confusing to operate.

the fitness center includes updated treadmills and several weight machines. the pool area offers comfortable loungers and shaded seating. guests can easily access both facilities on the hotel's lower level.

The valet parking was really convenient! the room was very clean. the staff was great. I really appreciated the quick responses.
