the hotel surprised us with a suite upgrade.. it featured a spacious sitting room. two bathrooms provided extra convenience. i also appreciated the prompt and efficient customer service, even during a busy holiday.

a wall emitted a loud squeaking noise during the day. it stopped at night.. this was distracting. also, the shower handle was confusing to operate.
