the staff were cute upon my arrival and provided assistance .
The room was quite noisy. traffic sounds and the air conditioning unit were disruptive (i could barely sleep). the shower was also not well-kept. It needs some attention.

The location is wonderful. The beach is close. The beds are comfortable and temperature of the room was good. Beach service is available. ALL staff is super friendly.
The air conditioning in the room was lacking and not effective. I requested maintenance for the AC, but no action was taken . Rooms are quite small. I felt it was overpriced for the size and amenities provided.

my room felt quite small for what i paid. the air conditioning was noisy, it made sleep difficult, and i could hear sounds from nearby rooms. this hotel needs to address these issues.
