The staff was very friendly and polite, a definite plus.
The room smelled strongly of raw sewage when I arrived. There were no cups or glasses available for drinks. The fridge seemed old and worn, matching the room's condition.

this hotel is located in a great spot, right in the middle of everything. i was given a double room with a pool view upon arrival even though i booked a single room with a garden view (it was a pleasant surprise!). the pool area had many comfortable sunbeds and parasols available for free. a shingle beach is just across the road. a watersports center is nearby with reasonable prices.

The location is superb, directly across from the beach. A watersports center is conveniently located nearby. I found the gardens well-kept, and the pool area provided comfortable sunbeds. The restaurant offered a fairly wide choice of food.
My room lacked an elevator. This absence created an inconvenience when transporting luggage to higher floors. An elevator would greatly improve accessibility.

mixed feelings about the stay

The room was not what i expected. the shower was small and leaked water all over the floor, I noticed cracks in the walls too. the dinner food was not good. It was cold, with not much to choose from, and when i asked about one of the dishes, the response about the chicken was unhelpful.
