I have stayed here recently for a total of five nights. the territory was very clean, and the staff changed towels daily. a cafe provides delicious food and good coffee. I enjoyed the foot massage. the staff was friendly, breakfast was fine, and the pool access was fantastic. the free shuttle to the city center was a plus.
i noticed hairs on the bathroom sink, which should be checked more carefully.

the resort is conveniently situated near beaches and offers many dining options. getting around is easy. it is a short walk to both the beach and many different restaurants. there is convenient access to nearby attractions too.

The staff were helpful and cute to all our needs. The hotel were pretty good too make my dad's birthday special by giving him a delicious cake and decorating his room (I think it was a complete surprise for him!). They offered us support in how to get around in the area.
I noticed some hairs on the bathroom sink. I hope they pay more attention to this in the future.

it made relaxing by the pool impossible. the promised free shuttle to the city center was often fully booked. i needed it and the staff was unhelpful when i tried to reserve a spot.

The air conditioning was set to a default temperature and I struggled to adjust it. I requested assistance from the front desk, but they were unable to resolve the problem . This made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.

the front desk service impressed me with a flawless check in and check out process. the rooms are spacious and well planned for modern travellers. i found the hotel well maintained to an really good level.
i saw hairs on the bathroom sink and felt some staff members could improve their english skills. this made communication a little difficult at times. i hope this can be addressed .
