the breakfast was rich. i liked the variety of choices available. the staff were always eager to assist me. eliana, one of the managers, welcomed me warmly.
the pool was overly crowded. i found few loungers for sunbathing available. a lifeguard had to clean the pool too. this made it seem understaffed.

The hotel design looked amazing everywhere, i could tell they think about all the little things. The breakfast was great with all you need. The staff members were helpful with great service, and you really feel that they care for you all the time.
