overcrowded poolpervasive flies
i was initially impressed by the hotel's spacious design and the fine view overlooking the dead sea. however, the experience quickly declined. the pool area was overcrowded, and i learned that other pools were under maintenance. this left limited options and very little personal space. i also noticed a pervasive issue with flies around the pool making it difficult to relax. the lack of available amenities coupled with this unexpected inconvenience significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay. i expected more from this hotel.

The room was a king guest room and it was spacious. The staff offered water by the sea and one member offered a golf cart ride when my wife had trouble walking (SO thoughtful!).
The check-in process was a bit slow. I waited about 10 minutes while two cars ahead of me were checked.

mixed experience at dead sea
amazing breakfastovercrowded pool areabasic beach
the breakfast was amazing with excellent food and a good variety.
I found the pool area overcrowded. Sunbeds were packed closely together. we were told other pools were under maintenance, so we had no real alternative. the setup at the beach was very basic and lacked any premium touch.
