The breakfast had gluten free options. I loved the village it felt that we were in an oasis. The plants and trees are so heart chilling. the room is good size. Access to the garden was lovely.
I got food poisoning from this hotel. It wasn't IDEAL! though they still charged me for the meal that poisoned me. they weren't sympathetic at ALL, and offered nothing whatsoever. I would not recommend.

lovely dead sea visit
helpful lifeguardsexcellent servicesafe floating
i felt very welcome there. the staff went out of their way to assist with the mud and ensure our safety while floating. lifeguards were quick to help with dead sea water in the eyes and offered salt for scrubs. service was excellent across all departments.
The adult pool was smaller than expected and quite shallow. It was more suitable for sitting and relaxing than swimming.

The hotel is located directly on the dead sea, with access for floating and mud baths. the sunsets are beautiful. Golf carts offer rides to the beach.

The room included a fridge, a tv, clothes hanging space, and also a hairdryer. The room had a large layout. It also has a shower over the bath and provided ample space.

The breakfast buffet had a varied choice with a lot of options. It provided local and international dishes. The pools were clean and well-designed. Restaurants include italian and arabic cuisine.

The private beach access made floating in the Dead Sea convenient. The lifeguard showed me the Dead Sea mud application technique. Rawan, the contact person, provided a room upgrade and daily check-ins.
The pool was a little crowded at times.

The staff demonstrated excellent care. Rawan Fakhoury greeted me and served fresh lemon juice upon arrival. This warm welcome enhanced my first impression of the resort.

The room offered contemporary styling and felt spacious. High-quality toiletries were included in the bathroom. The provided amenities added to a relaxing stay.

The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The private beach was easy to access from the hotel , beach towels were provided there. I also found the slippers in the room to be high quality and comfortable. the Zara spa-facilities WERE fantastic.
The air conditioning in the room was not strong , i sweated a lot. I also noticed that the drain cover in the bathroom was broken , i could not fill the tub. The shampoo cream was missing from the bottle.
