I stayed there for a few nights and, honestly, i was a little let down. the noise at night was pretty bad. I could hear everything happening outside and in the hallway. it was like i could not get a proper rest. the staff seemed a bit disinterested when i mentioned it, and . also, the breakfast was just okay, it had a very limited options for a hotel with that rating.

The staff at the front desk were super helpful (i loved that!). i was upgraded to a free breakfast, a total win. i found a huge car park. That was a relief. the food was really good, both in quality and size.
My room did not have air conditioning. i only had two windows that opened slightly at the top. i heard loud air conditioning noises all night. It was coming from the units for the restaurant.

The food service was excellent. The staff provided top class service. The fresh breakfast each morning included fruit and cereals. I found free parking to be a bonus. The location was convenient for nearby family visits. The hotel also offered proximity to the Kingsbridge Hospital.
Interconnecting room doors seemed to leak noise from a neighbouring room.

My room had beautiful decoration and a comfortable size. The beds were very comfortable in addition to large showers. Lots of condensation was present on the window, difficult to see into the mirror above the sink.

The staff were lovely and helpful . They were attentive and ensured I had everything needed. I found the waiting staff very helpful and friendly on Saturday nights as well as during breakfast.

The Bistro food was of a high standard. I found the menu suitable for everyone. There is an ice cream parlour in the Bistro. I liked the option for live music on the weekends.

The bed was very comfortable. location was great too. parking was free, a real bonus. food in the bar was so nice. I particularly recommend the steak sandwich.
My burger seemed carelessly assembled. three different servers asked about our satisfaction. after the main course, we waited forty minutes for service. Nobody came near.

the food and service at the restaurant were certainly first class. the location is good for appointments at kingsbridge hospital, only 13 minutes away. free parking is a bonus, i found.
the room did not have air conditioning, and i found that difficult. loud noises and slamming doors occurred in the corridor outside my room. a domestic argument even took place at 3am.

The hotel provided free parking. The hotel's location proved convenient for visiting nearby shops. Breakfast each morning was fresh. The hotel have an ice cream parlour in the bistro.
the batter of the fish and chips was not crispy enough. The onion rings tasted slight burnt. The soda bread tasted odd. Two eggs were not quite cooked properly.
