the rooms were immaculate. the bathroom was spotlessly clean. the room had good equipment. breakfast was good too.
the restaurant menu seemed overpriced so i only ordered one course.

the breakfast selection was acceptable , but nothing special.
i had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for drinks after ordering them , about 20 minutes. then, the food took ages to arrive. after finishing the meal , it took another 30 minutes to get the bill.

this hotel offer good selection equipment at the gym. plenty car parking spaces exist. a short walk take you to the bus stop, it provides frequent services throughout the day to both to castletown. the staff was very really good and helpful. housekeeping was friendly.
the hotel is very large, like a rabbit warren, but the the room i was in was next a gym. i got woken at 0600 by loud classes as the rooms weren't soundproofed.

helpful staffcomfortable bedold tvwarm room
the staff members were really helpful. they assisted us with everything we needed and always with a smile. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, i slept well each night.
The tv was old. It needed modern features. the room also felt warm, even at night. That was disappointing. i feel some updates are needed. It would improve the experience.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the gym equipment was quite outdated. I expected more modern machines in a hotel of this standard. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms quite easily? it was annoying.

breakfast had a great choice with friendly staff available. the hotel gym had a superb range of equipment. and a lovely spa was available on the premises.
i heard noise from events that occurred . the room walls were thin and i could hear my neighbors.
