excellent room size
large roomseparate roomideal location
my room was quite large with more than enough space. the bathroom size surprised me it had a separate room. i also found the location to be ideal for access to nearby attractions.

Excellent stay near Magnificent Mile

The hotel is VERY clean. Parking is located just around the corner and costs $61 per night. The location is central with many restaurants nearby. Getting around is easy from this walkable location.
My room was quite warm. I adjusted the thermostat. The temperature didn't change. So, i called the front desk.

The hotel is tucked into a vibrant area and provides quick access to many destinations. River North, Mag Mile, the Loop, and Gold Coast are all easy to reach with short walks. Every type of food is available within a short walk.

The staff were helpful from my arrival. Carlos was very helpful during the check in process. He.
The TV was not updated for internet TV, disappointing. the shower only managed to get to lukewarm after being hot for 3 minutes. I would expect more from a hotel I am paying for.
