slow water constant noise
the bath water was shockingly slow. it barely got warm, a miserable experience. also, the noise from the nearby bar was relentless. i mean, boom boom boom until 1 am? seriously?

fine apartment cooking facilities calmer area
the apartment was fine! it. we even saved money because we could cook with all the facilities available in the apartment. the area felt calmer. it was a little more residential, so we preferred it.
the quilt came out of the duvet cover in the middle of the night, the buttons hadn't been fastened. the water for the bath ran slowly and wasn't that hot.

the location is great for accessing the winter gardens and the city center. the hotel is also close to little shops, pubs, and restaurants. it is about a ten-minute walk to main attractions.

Communication for check-in and getting keys was excellent. a very nice lady welcomed us. She showed us around the hotel. the service provided a fantastic welcome, which i will remember fondly.

The apartment was spacious, airy, and very clean. it had lots of space for a family. i liked the decor. It's very functional. all amenities are available in the apartment for self-catering, including tea, coffee, and milk.

Superb central location
cooking facilities early check-in calmer area
The apartment had cooking facilities and saved money on eating out. I was given my apartment a few hours early. The area felt calmer and more residential.
The quilt came out of duvet cover. Buttons were not fastened.

The apartment was clean and modern. Beds were super comfortable and spacious. There was lots of space for a family. I found everything needed for my stay was provided.

The staff were more than friendly and very helpful? excellent communication. I was welcomed by a lady who showed me around the hotel. She showed us into the hotel.

The location is excellent, very central to night life. It is fairly close to the pier and sea front. I found the situation just above The North Pier to be fabulous.
