the room had a coffee maker and a well-stocked hospitality tray. the staff was friendly. breakfast included good conversation with the owner, it was nice.
the carpets looked worn, but it was only a minor issue.

the staff were friendly. they were helpful when i arrived earlier than expected (around midday). my room was clean, a good size and it had a decent shower. the location was also great.
the room was directly above the main bar area. it was noisy until midnight with open mic night (it was a saturday). parking was a nightmare as well. i had to park some distance away.

My room had a modern bathroom. the location was convenient to the town centre. breakfast service was quick and tasty. The chef prepared my eggs exactly as i requested. i also had access to a well stocked pub downstairs.
parking near the hotel proved difficult at times. there were parking restrictions in place and i had to walk a distance.
