accommodating staff luggage assistance cornish breakfast room snacks
the staff were very accommodating and cute I appreciated their assistance with my luggage upon arrival as i'm elderly the full cornish breakfast offered a great start to each day of my stay the option of biscuits and crisps available in my room was also nice
the hotel parking was limited i found it slightly inconvenient as i needed to plan my outings around available spaces

the hotel features a restaurant and a garden accessible for all guests i noticed the garden has several seating areas and well maintained flower beds the restaurant was clean with neatly arranged tables.

my double room sea view offered a very good view of the coast two big sash windows allowed a lot of natural light the room included a reclining chair which i found comfortable.

the hotel is a little outside of the town centre however i was able to easily walk to various locations i found the distance manageable and enjoyed the exercise each day.

breakfast included several options i particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared food the staff were efficient and kept the buffet area stocked i saw good variety during the breakfast service.

half shower screen detached toilet
the bathroom shower screen was only half there so water went everywhere. the toilet wasn't attached properly either. i had cold water in the shower most of the time anyway. it just reminded me of maintenance wasn't a priority

the location was convenient. i had a tidy bedroom. the amenities were replenished daily, i found that helpful. the staff during breakfast were friendly, that was a plus.
