The staff provided attentive customer service at every level. The spa was fine. I enjoyed the great facilities (especially the views).
I noticed the breakfast area was crowded. It was difficult to find a place to sit during peak hours. More seating during busy times could improve the experience.

the spa facilities had both day and night sessions. it was very relaxing. the yoga class on mobility mondays was a lovely start to the day. the gym was well-equipped. it was easy to get to the hotel from the airport. everything i needed was on-site.
the corridors had a strong scent that triggered my allergies. i sneezed a lot. my nose was clogged .

the hotel's design stood out immediately. i enjoyed the variety of activities available like ping pong and shuffleboard. the gym was accessible and well-equipped. i thought the value was excellent considering everything included.
the room lacked tea or coffee facilities which was slightly inconvenient for a quick morning beverage. i had to purchase water to take my medication.

i found a great selection at breakfast . the spa and fitness areas were excellent and i even enjoyed a boxing session. the architecture and design style of the building stood out to me it felt very clean with a great ambience. the dark room was fine despite lacking a window it featured a great bathroom with black and gold accents and beautiful furniture
the smell upon entering the hotel was musty it stayed throughout my visit it made the first impression not so appealing

there was no stopping on every floor, such a time saver! the gogogaga bar on the 24th floor was also a blast with its great ambience and delicious cocktails.
i noticed the hotel was using strong scents in the corridors, this triggered my allergies a bit.
